• Amazing!!

  VetUk is very affordable and fast delivery, due to COVID19 everywhere is taking a bit longer to receive your order but I was very amazed by how quickly it took. The items are very affordable and good quality. I have a big dog so toys don’t last for long but the toys I bought from VetUk have lasted her longer than any other toy! I will definitely be buying from here again :)

• Fantastic customer service!

  I've bought from this company for many years now without any problem. However I recently needed to contact them regarding a query on something I'd purchased. Within 2 hours of my query I had a full refund and received a very nice apology via e.mail. That's what I call fantastic customer service!   We have been ordering from VetUK for many years now because the savings are immense on Advocate Flea Treatment for our Tibetan Terriers, Oscar and Tilly. Delivery is quick too usually by Royal Mail; only letdown is that we pay postage now, but £1.99 is not too much!
