  I had terrible problems with another supplier who took 6 days to tell me they had a problem and they left me in a difficult position as I had totally lost trust in them.I registered with VET UK on Tuesday evening and received my order Thursday Lunchtime I simply couldnt have asked for more as we were running out of Bobby's Meds.

  I placed an order for specialist cat food, and unfortunately a day or two later we needed to cancel the order. Vet UK were very swift to respond, cancelled my order & actioned a full refund.   Our Collie is so anxious at times- tried brand collars etc but then used the VetUK anxiety chews- she is like a different dog which means we can teach her the things we need to and she’s happier all round. Staff have been super helpful when forgotten to add things to orders in holding orders until crucial parts are added.
