  I have ordered medication for my dogs quite a few times now over the last few years and haven't had any issues at all. The only minor problem I have had was when I ordered the cheaper, generic vet UK wormer instead of the flavoured wormer from Drontal and my dog did not like the taste or smell at all. It was very difficult to administer the drug to my dog even when hiding in food and usually Angus is fine with all types of medications when hidden in food. I won't order that product again even though it's cheaper. Everything else has been fine so far. I always opt for delivery with DPD as they're very reliable and usually receive my order very quickly.

  Been with you for many years, quick delivery, lot cheaper than the vet’s can’t understand that what I have for my cat Amodip and her eye ointment Optimmune from you is about £94 from my vet’s £240 , so I now think twice when they won’t to put her on anything else I look at your prices first ,

• Fast delivery

  I placed my order at about 9pm on Wednesday 21 Dec (being in a bit of a panic having been let down by another supplier delivering by Royal Mail who hadn't yet managed to deliver an order placed on 10 December) and paid extra for priority delivery, still realistically expecting delivery after Christmas. My order was despatched on Thursday 22nd and arrived on Friday 23rd. Really impressed. Thank you.

  Thank you vet uk for sorting out my order when it didn’t arrive ( not vet uks fault) . I fully appreciate that up to the Christmas period you must be busy getting orders sent out on time. • Speedy delivery despite Xmas strikes

  Placed my first ever order Wednesday evening. Taking note of the warning on the website about Royal Mail strikes I paid for courier delivery. Meds turned up Friday lunchtime! Top service by VetUK and DPD and price very competitive too. Would certainly use again.
