UK Deliveries

Delivery of orders is usually within 3-5 working days depending on the shipping service selected. We work Monday – Friday.

Standard shipping is estimated to be delivered within 3-5 working days

Express shipping is estimated to be delivered within 2-3 working days*

Delivery to the surcharge areas listed below may take longer to arrive.

Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, DPD or Evri depending on content, size and geographical location.

Please Note:

• Standard shipping is not available on orders over 2kg or for prescription medications.
• Orders of over 200kg or extremely bulky orders will be shipped via a pallet service. You must therefore be able to accept delivery of a pallet to place orders of this size.

Unfortunately we are unable to despatch to BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately we are unable to despatch aerosols to non UK Mainland addresses.

VetUK retains the right to change the shipping service used to despatch your order in instances where a different service is deemed more appropriate.

UK Surcharge Postcodes

For orders over 2kg a £7 surcharge per 30kg ordered will be applied to the following Highland and Island postcodes and the Channel Islands.  Deliveries to these areas take 1-2 days on top of the normal delivery time.

International Orders

Unfortunately, VetUK does not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
