We tried every type and brand of renal food; this is the only one our fussy cat will eat. He doesn't exactly scoff it, we have a chore getting anything down him. But he point blank refuses any other brand. Recognising that renal food is unlikely to ever be appealing to a cat - at least this one keeps him going.
my elder cat Ruby Tuesday has hyperthyroidism and just diagnosed with CKD - not totally unexpected. Our vet suggested Royal Canin renal. He is a big fan of kibble type food but I am not keen. I have swapped her usual wet for renal kibble but was looking for a decent wet food. We have tried Royal Canin wet food before and Ruby did not like any of them so I was sceptical when I came across Royal Canin renal loaf. Well she needs this product so I bought 2 boxes with fingers crossed. I honestly cant believe it. Ruby is not a picky cat but the speed she wolfed this down was remarkable. Maybe its the texture but well done Royal Canin - two days in and she is still eating it so its looking promising. big thanks from this household xx
This is often out of stock, so I get it when I can. Mine love this and the texture is a nice change for them to meat chunks or biscuits.
My elderly cat who was diagnosed with renal failure over a year ago now, is much improved after the varieties of the special renal diets I've been feeding her (and vets advice of course). This Royal Canin Loaf is one of her most favourites and she eats the lot. She loves it! Hope you'll be getting more stock soon??
Hi our cat Ginger loves the Royal Canin loaf wet food She just love this flavour and texture can’t get enough. Out of stock please restock 5stars
My cat loves this food. It's his favourite of the royal canin renal food. His recent check at the vets showed that he had gone from grade 2 kidney disease to now just below normal function.
