The liquid works well in our dog's ears; it is the construction of the bottle that is the problem. The blue section of the bottle top does not screw right down, an awful fault that causes some of the liquid to leak out. We are not interested in ordering the Virbac Epiotic again unless the fault is rectified in the design of the bottle.

My rescue GSD has had problems with her ears since her arrival, Having tried several other products and this is the most effective to get rid of the excess wax and gunk out of her ears, stand back after use as the debris can go everywhere you will be surprised what does come out,clean out ears with cotton wool then later use earmite drops, 48 hours later much happier GSD - much to her relief.

excellent product quickly dissolves all unpleasant/smelly matter in ears and then can be wiped out with cotton wool.

Epi-Otic is excellent for itchy ears. It doesn't have any nasty smell and loosens any earwax!

My Belgian Shepherd Dog Bertie was suffering with earmites in his right ear - I was using drops but after 4 days they hadn't helped as much as I'd hoped and he was still scratching. I tried cleaning his ear with Epi-otic Advanced and it's unbelieveable the amount of wax and dirt that came out of his ear. I've only been using it for 3 days half an hour hour before the earmite drops and his ear is better already! Amazing stuff!!! Please note this is the advanced formula so it's more effective than the standard formula.

We had a cat come in with the most dreadful ears.Stuff from the vets was taking months to get his ears right so we purchased a bottle of this.Amazing stuff,really does clean the ear out and i love the smell of it to.We now use it as a monthly cleaner on all our cats and have never had any ear issues since using it.
