I used to be able to buy Cystaid PLUS .....discontinued. Started this product and my cat spits it out every day! Have read other reviews of people experiencing the same results . Why has the product been withdrawn/remixed to a product that’s not palatable obviously as cats are notorious for seeking out unsuitable things to eat.Don’t waste your money.

This product is a lifesaver for my 17-year-old cat. who suffered from constant urinary tract infections due to being so nervous of other cats coming into our garden and intimidating her. After three lots of antibiotics for over a period of three months, my vet immediately put her on these capsules. She has been on them for two years and they are so simple to use. You just open the capsule and sprinkle it over the cat's food. I now have my old playful happy cat back. They have changed the product but I mix it with the Weebox soup or yoghurt treats and she scoffs every single bit of it.

I will be returning the 240 capsule pack of Cystaid PLUS I received as this is not what I ordered, I reordered from a previous order and did not realise that the product ingredients had changed. I only realised that Cystaid PLUS is not the same product I had previously ordered and used when I opened a capsule and saw the lime green powder, but more importantly my cat will now no longer not eat his food with this. The additional supplements change not only the colour and texture of the product but obviously the taste. I have been using Cystaid for several years, my cat will not eat his food with this new version of Cystaid sprinkled on it, I had been using the standard Cystaid for several years and never had an issue. It's a real shame that this product has been altered, quite frankly not for the better, why fix what is not broken!!!
